My Story

I am a busy wife, mom, and nurse so I needed a simple healthy living guide to help me. When I was looking for a healthy guide to follow, I found that many of them where too complex or unsustainable for real life. I wanted something that would fit into my current lifestyle. I didn't want to completely change my entire lifestyle but wanted to live a healthier version of it. This is when I created Vibrant Women. I figured I couldn't be the only busy mom who was looking for a simple guide to follow. With this program, it is still easy to feed your family and yourself without having to make 2 separate meals. Because who actually likes cooking 1 healthy meal for you and 1 that the rest of the family will eat. 

The Process

Vibrant Women is a 12 week program with 1:1 coaching sessions each week. During these 12 weeks I will teach you ways to become healthier, less stressed, and have more energy to live life! I will help you incorporate these lessons into your daily life. This program is meant to be a long term plan that you can follow long after the 12 week teaching program is over. Health isn't a quick fix option.
